How quickly can you deliver my package?
We offer several delivery options to meet your needs:

Same-day delivery: Available in Copenhagen and other major cities for packages booked before 10:00 AM
Next-day delivery: Available throughout most of Denmark for packages booked before 2:00 PM
Standard delivery (2-3 business days): Available to all areas in Denmark
Scheduled delivery: Choose a specific day and time window for your delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Our pricing is based on package size, weight, delivery speed, and destination. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. You can get an instant quote using our online calculator or contact our customer service for customized rates for regular shipments.
How do I track my package?
All danmarkpack deliveries include real-time tracking. Simply enter your tracking number on our website or mobile app to see the current status and location of your package. You'll also receive automated email or SMS updates at key stages of the delivery process.
What types of items can't be shipped with danmarkpack?
We cannot transport dangerous goods, illegal items, perishable food without proper packaging, live animals, extremely valuable items without insurance, or packages exceeding our size and weight limits (30kg and 1.5m x 1m x 1m). Please contact customer service if you're uncertain about your item.
Do you offer international shipping?
While we specialize in domestic Danish deliveries, we've established partnerships with trusted international carriers. Through these partnerships, we can arrange shipments to Nordic countries, the EU, and worldwide destinations. International rates and delivery times vary by destination.
